NANNNA 2018 Conference Registration, Travel, Hotel and Sponsorship details
We invite you to join us in Tarrytown, NY from November 8-11, 2018 for the NANNNA 2018 International Scientific Conference on Global Issues in Healthcare: Rising to the challenge. This year’s theme is “Global Health Priorities: Building Partnerships for a Healthy and Sustainable Global Village” This exciting conference is a prime opportunity for you to reconnect with your colleagues and to interact with international-level representatives who are focused on improving health outcomes at all levels. The conference is designed to bring new ideas, challenge perspectives and facilitate the growth of nurses and other healthcare practitioners by providing new ways to be a catalyst for change in advancing healthcare at the local, national and global levels. As in past years, we will be examining these issues through education, practice, research, technology, leadership, and policy lens.
From the pre-conference session focused specifically on building partnership in the global environment, to deliberations on Leadership and Collaborative approaches to Global Health, Challenges, Effective Strategic Policies for Women’s Health in Cultural Diversities: Opportunities and Challenges, Men perspective on domestic violence and three full conference plenary sessions on current issues in global health; poster sessions, the conference planning committee has worked to create an engaging and thought-provoking conference that will meet the needs and interests of our very diverse membership. Special features will include an opportunity for the men to contribute to domestic violence prevention and voices of the Millennial Nurses. We especially encourage member chapters to join us at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Saturday morning. The uniqueness of the NANNNA National Scientific Conference is that it provides an opportunity for people from around the globe with expertise in global health, leadership, practice, education, research, technology, and advocacy to come together and share learning based on our common vision of a better health for all.
Your feedback has helped create an agenda that will allow you to maximize learning while networking with friends and colleagues.
